” CHICKEN BIRYANI ” Bajias Cooking
For lots of masala use 2 ½ cups basmati rice, for standard Biryani 4 cups rice, I md chicken, 1/3rd cup oil, 3md onion, 1 garlic, 2 ginger, 1 ½ cup yogurt, 2tbs kewra water, 10-12 cloves, 3md cardamoms, 2 cinnamon, 1ts full whole black paper, 1ts full cumin seeds, 10-12 green cardamoms, ¼ ts food color, mint hand full, 6-8 green chilies, 4-5 Prunes, 1 ts salt, 1ts chili powder, 1ts coriander powder. For rice ½ ts cumin seeds, 10-12 cloves, for 2 ½ cup rice 1 ½ tbs salt for 4 cup rice 2tbs salt.

Iskibam nyabara “oil” banahabe “two to three tablespoons salt”. Jinkuwaraheme bolomarahani “basmati rice” gihiranahem jo baherma mabe “twelve fourteen cloves” xanearuhech “fifteen minutes butter” kelihatsush.
This is awesome. I have no idea what she’s saying except for the ingredients, but I’m thoroughly entertained!

cawal behtareen hon, khoob sare pani main ubalna, jab ander kacha dana na rahe per sakht hoon chawal to pani nichor lena. aag taiz he rakhna ubale ke liye. pani uble to chawal dalna. phir dam kerna low heat, tawa ho to pot ke nichey dam ke waqt rakh lena. pot ki lid per koye bhari cheez rakh dena. ta bhap na nikle. rice cooker ho to koye mushkil naheen good luck

Plus jo akhir mein aap dua deti hain…priceless. I love to cook for others and rice is something that always scare me, specially biryani. I’ll try this and hopefully it turns out good. Could you please help me out with heating levels involve in recipe? Pardon my ignorance in all this but i’m sure you’ll agree that in our culture men seldom visit kitchen area

@bibibi2000 you can really make it , as i always also made biryani with packet masala but now me n my husband we love to eat biryani this way !!!!!!!!! and a great happiness that i can cook biryani too by myself without any other dependency

@2wansar,prunes aaloo bukhare ko kehte hain, bahir ke prunes aur hain aur pakistan india ke aur, wo imli jaise hain. khatte aur biryani main zaroor dalte hain. karara touch dete hain, kewra water to firni main bhi bohot use tota hai khushboo aise jaise strong green cardimon and vanillah and rose mixd. strong but imp, use just few drops at first. it does give pro touch

ye prunes aur kewra water kaisa flavour detein hain ? is the kewra water meant for masking the raw meat smell?
I am a total novice about these ingredients, kabhi cooking mein use nahin kiye hain isliye… i usually make the biryanis without these…lekin agar inka koi khaas significance ho toh hum bhi istemaal karna chahenge!

@snadimpalli24, its the same thing as qorma, just focus what spice was strong. think about it and let me know. just a little more of cloves or cinnamon can make a mess. Usually its very nice. But less oil in biryani is not the right thing to do.

I love ur channel and your cooking videos.. I did try your keema and chicken qorma and they turned out fantastic.. But when it comes to this recipe i thought the spices were a bit too much.. I added everything according to your recipe except oil but felt the spices were overpowering.. Coz when you eat rice All you taste is Spices.. Chicken was good..Don’t know where I went wrong

@dthameem, add 1 TS full for chicken, boil rice in free water with 1 1/2 TBS full salt

@dthameem, Mostly meat is the same weight as rice, some people use a little more. Like 1 kg rice and 1 ½ kg meat or chicken. The spices I have used are good for this much.

@funfunzee, base of the biryani is qorma, and no tomatos added to qorma. they are not part of its recipe.
